Kelly Ladeira

As Capital Deployment Associate, Kelly supports key decision making on the company’s pan-European capital investment strategy. In her role Kelly has responsibilities for the underwriting, acquisition, financing and disposal of speculative and build-to-suit asset development opportunities.

After starting her career at retail REIT Klepierre, Kelly joined AEW in 2017 and most recently held the position of Associate - Asset Manager Logistics. Kelly holds a Masters degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Masters degree in Law from Université Pierre Mendès France.
